Prone Knee Hang: Passive Stretching (Prone)- Place an ankle weight of moderate poundage on your affected leg.- Lye on your stomach w/ a towel roll under the affected leg and your knees hanging off the edge of the table.- Relax both legs and allow the force of the ankle weight to straighten the knee.- Hold the stretch for the prescribed amount of time.
